Carole Owens is an experienced supply chain executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Supply Chain and Executive Director of ERP & Supply Chain Shared Services at AdventHealth since March 2004, overseeing shared services for over 26 hospitals. Owens has successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive Supply Chain shared services model, expanding from 1 to over 100 FTEs, and has provided valuable consulting support across 16 AHS hospitals as Corporate Region Director. Additionally, Owens holds a position as Officer-At-Large on the Board of Directors for the Quest Oracle Community, which supports Oracle users with resources and expertise. Previous experience includes serving as Director at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, where significant cost savings were achieved in clinical and non-clinical areas. Owens began the career as a Senior Consultant at Oracle and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Leo University.
