Ester started their career at ISA CTEEP, where they served as the HR Head for 3 years. During their time at ISA CTEEP, they led the transformation of the HR team, implemented the HR Business Partner role and team, and implemented consistent HR Practices. As a result of their efforts, the company improved its ranking on the GPTW from 69 to 48, and improved its Hay Engagement Survey score by 8%.
Ester then spent 2 years at Korn Ferry as an HR Consultant, before moving to their current role at AdventHealth. In their current role, Ester is responsible for designing and implementing AdventHealth's people strategy, focused on transforming the HR function and improving the employee experience. Ester is also responsible for the implementation of a new HRMS.
Ester Bomfim has a post-graduation in IT from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a master's degree in Communications (listening student) from ECA - USP, and a graduation in IT from Faculdade H. B. Renascença.
