Knych Stephen

Knych Stephen serves as the Vice President Chief Medical Officer for CFD North Region and Fish Memorial at AdventHealth, a role that encompasses oversight of a 176-bed facility in Orange City, FL, and five additional hospitals in the Central Florida Division since May 2019. Concurrently, Knych Stephen has held the position of Corporate Vice President, Chief Patient Safety and Quality Officer at Adventist Health System since June 2013, providing leadership and support for patient safety and clinical quality across 43 hospitals in 10 states. Previous experience includes serving as the Patient Safety and Clinical Excellence Officer at Florida Hospital from January 2008 to June 2013, where responsibilities involved senior leadership and guidance for patient safety initiatives. Knych Stephen holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University, an MBA from Regis University, and a Master’s Degree in Theology from St. Leo University.
