Prior roles at AdventHealth include HRIS Advisor, HRIS Senior Analyst, HRIS Intermediate Analyst, HR Business Process Intermediate Analyst, and HR Business Process Analyst, all centered around performance management and core HR functions. Michelle began their career with a Human Resources internship at Adventist Health System in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern Adventist University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
