Jacalyn Liebowitz joined Adventist Health in January 2020 as the system chief nursing officer. In this role, Jackie leads Adventist Health’s clinical practice, clinical care delivery, education for nursing and the patient care executive team. She is responsible for planning and executing systemwide care transformation initiatives, clinical workforce development and nursing leadership development.
She is passionate about engaging nurses in bringing precise, evidenced-based care, kindness and innovation to patients throughout the care continuum.
Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Business Administration and Finance from Wayne State University and her doctorate in nursing practice, systems leadership, from Rush University. In addition, she is board certified in nursing administration; a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality; and a Fellow in The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
