We are a seasonal business that not only employs an all-year-round permanent team, but also conducts large scale casual employment auditions each year. These seasonal recruitment drives typically attract up to 5000 applicants keen to join the team each season. We focus on drawing to us bright and passionate individuals who already possess an inherent understanding of amazing service - We just finetune their existing skills and equip them with the relevant permissions and resources to get out into the park and create magical memories.
