SVP, Human Resources, Organizational Development & Learning at Adverum Biotech

Dena House is Adverum’s senior vice president of human resources, organizational development and learning, and joined the Company in July 2019. Ms. House brings 25 years of experience, including global human resource (HR) leadership and a background in industrial and organizational psychology, organization, leadership & employee development, and culture enhancement initiatives. Most recently, Ms. House was on the Lead Team for Myriad Women’s Health at Myriad Genetics, in the position of senior director, HR, overseeing the Bay Area subsidiary’s HR function, company integration, and employee engagement. Previously, Ms. House worked for a decade at Nikon Precision as the HR director, heading up the HR function and working on organization development globally for Nikon Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked for Applied Materials, Inc. for over twelve years in positions of increasing responsibilities within the HR function and implementing HR initiatives, and leadership development across various global regions. Ms. House earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
