Chadwyck Farrer, CPM has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial and real estate industries. Chadwyck started their career as an Escrow Officer and Marketing professional at First American Title in 2001. Chadwyck then moved to Chicago Title in 2003, where they worked in marketing. In 2004, they joined the National Association for the Self Employed as an Independent Agent. In 2005, they joined GMAC-RFC as a Hazard Insurance Specialist. Chadwyck then worked at One West Bank from 2006 to 2012, where they served as a Workforce Management Analyst and later as a WFM Manager II. In 2012, they joined Advia Credit Union as a Senior Project Manager, and later held roles as Vice President of Member Service, Director of Integration and Quality, and Director of Corporate Real Estate, where they managed and directed all corporate real estate including the construction of a mixed-use credit union headquarters building. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and operational skills.
Chadwyck Farrer, CPM, has a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Cornerstone University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. Chadwyck also holds an AA degree in Business Administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
In addition to their formal education, Chadwyck has acquired several certifications. Chadwyck obtained the AMA Certified Professional in Management™ certification from the American Management Association in September 2020. In October 2019, they completed the "Pitching Your Ideas Strategically" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Chadwyck acquired the "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)®" certification from LinkedIn in January 2019, and completed the "Construction Management Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in December 2018.
