Tim M. has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Tim began their career at Advia Credit Union in 2009, starting as an Internal Audit Associate and later transitioning to the role of Internal Audit Manager. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Chief Lending Officer, where they provided executive oversight for all lending functions. Their responsibilities included team leadership, product development, credit risk management, compliance oversight, and acquisition due diligence. Under their leadership, the loan portfolio grew from $650 million to over $2 billion. In 2022, Tim M. joined Mortgage Center as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Tim M. completed their Master of Science - MS degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Adrian College in 2008. In September 2017, they also obtained the Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) certification from the National Credit Union Foundation.
