Frederick Winston

Frederick Winston is an accomplished finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience in management, business development, corporate strategy, and analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President at Confluence since August 2011, Frederick provides strategic and operational direction for finance, tax, insurance, budgeting, treasury, and accounting. Prior to this role, Frederick held the position of VP of Corporate Development at Confluence, where oversight of long-range corporate and business development initiatives was managed, along with evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities and business partnerships. Previous experience includes roles in business development at OneBreath, program director and marketing manager at Broncus Technologies, and analyst in the venture capital group at Piper Jaffray. Frederick holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Williams College.
