Mariah Bradbury

Mariah Bradbury, MBA, MSOL, currently serves as the Learning & Development Manager at Advisor360°, having previously held multiple leadership positions within Digital Federal Credit Union for over eight years, including Learning & Organization Development Manager, where strategic alignment with business objectives was a primary focus. Experience includes developing expansive learning strategies impacting a workforce of over 1,800 employees and managing a team of over 30 in Learning & Development. Earlier roles span various educational environments, including as a Dance Specialist and Team Leader, demonstrating a diverse background in curriculum development and team coordination. Mariah holds an MBA and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College, as well as a BA in Dance Education and Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University.
