Stephen Shields

Stephen Shields is an accomplished business consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management. As the Principal and Owner of Constructive Endeavors Consulting since December 2003, Stephen has shaped numerous business strategies following a successful tenure at Hewlett Packard. Stephen further serves as the Managing Owner of AHA Agency, where responsibilities include guiding the company's strategic direction, and as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud. Additionally, Stephen is a Founding Partner at SynNovation Works, LLC, and was the Managing Member for the Willamette Angel Conference 2011 Investment LLC. Stephen's diverse background includes consultancy roles at Oregon State University and Benton Hospice Service, as well as executive experience as Acting COO at Influent Corp. Stephen holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
