Rebecca Pieters

Rebecca Pieters is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of the HR Service Center at Advocate Aurora Health since August 2018, Rebecca has previously held roles such as Supervisor of the Human Resource Service Center and Human Resource Generalist at Aurora Health Care from August 2016 to present and September 2010 to July 2015, respectively. Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Talmer Bank and Trust (formerly First Banking Center) from August 1999 to September 2010. Rebecca's expertise encompasses employee relations, recruitment, union relations, policy formulation, and unemployment matters. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1998.
