Minchen Lin

Minchen Lin is a highly experienced product designer currently holding the position of Senior Product Designer at Adyen since November 2020, specializing in merchant onboarding solutions and payment systems for platforms and marketplaces. Prior to this role, Minchen served as Lead Designer at ReaQta, an IBM Company, focusing on end-to-end design deliverables and collaborating closely with development teams. Minchen's experience also includes a tenure at Trend Micro as a Senior UX/UI Designer, where leadership and collaboration with diverse teams were key, alongside conducting extensive user research. Additional roles include Service Designer projects at Köln International School of Design and Deutsche Telekom AG, as well as an internship at UXI Design Co., Ltd., where contributions were made to service design projects. Minchen Lin holds an M.B.A. from National Tsing Hua University, with further education at RWTH Aachen University and Köln International School of Design.
