Dr. Hamed Hanifi is a seasoned professional in the field of photovoltaics and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Director of Research and Development and Technical Sales at AE SOLAR since October 2021. Responsibilities include leading R&D projects, managing intellectual property and patents, and overseeing technical marketing efforts, while fostering business development and managing international teams. Prior experience includes a senior scientist role at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, project management and R&D researcher at Fraunhofer-Center für Silizium-Photovoltaik CSP, and lecturer at Hochschule Anhalt. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Photovoltaics and Electrical Engineering from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and a Master of Science in Power Electrical Engineering from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
