At AE Studio, as a Senior Product Designer and Manager, Dayson oversees product development, product strategies, and product roadmaps. Previously, at DeCacau Chocolates, Dayson also worked in a similar role managing design processes and collaborating with teams. With experience as a Marketing Director at Mixturado Dance Program, Dayson developed marketing strategies, led marketing campaigns, and managed a team of marketing professionals. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director at Framboesa Sweet Agency, Dayson developed creative strategies, managed creative professionals, and oversaw creative projects ensuring brand consistency.
