Kerry Ellis

Kerry Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. KERRY started their career as a Trainee Accountant at GC Ford & Co Inc in 2003 and worked there until 2006. KERRY then joined KPMG as a Manager in IT Advisory and stayed with the company until 2009. In 2009, Kerry worked as a Financial Accountant (Contract) at Manica Africa for a year. In 2010, they joined AECI Limited as an IT Internal Audit Manager and later took on the role of Business Process Analyst. Currently, Kerry is working as a Data and Reporting Lead on the SAP Business Transformation Project at AECI Limited.

Kerry Ellis has a diverse educational background that includes several degrees and certifications. KERRY started their education at Newcastle High School in 1998. After graduating from high school, Kerry went on to attend the University of Johannesburg, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accounting in 2001.

Continuing their educational journey, Kerry pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (B.Com (Hons)) degree in Accounting (CTA) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which they completed in 2003.

To further enhance their professional development, Kerry completed a Management Development Program at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2014.

Lastly, Kerry earned the prestigious qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) from SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) in 2006.
