Amanda Dear is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in inclusive talent attraction and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead and Inclusive Talent Attraction EDI Lead at AECOM, Amanda has also held positions such as Talent Acquisition End Market Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as an In-house Recruitment Partner/Associate at AB, HR & Recruitment Manager at Hachette Filipacchi Media, and HR & Recruitment Advisor at Bloomberg LP. Amanda holds a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Wales, Institute Cardiff, earned between 1994 and 1997.
