Souad Higham

Souad Higham is a seasoned professional in information technology and finance with extensive experience in project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst at AECOM since December 2008, Souad manages the Saudi E-invoicing Phase 2 implementation and supports global business systems improvements. Previously held roles include Senior Finance & Systems Analyst for the EMEA region, where significant contributions were made to the e-Invoicing project in Saudi Arabia, and ERP-EAME Change Management & Business Improvement Support Lead, overseeing change management during ERP system implementation. Earlier experience includes positions at Michelin, managing outsourcing projects in finance, and as Insurance Claims Manager at TNT, focused on property damage and freight claims. Souad holds a University Degree in Economics, Administration & Management from Paris-Sud University and a Bachelor's degree in Administration Economique et Sociale from Casablanca, Morocco.
