Stefanie Walsh

Stefanie Walsh has over a decade of experience in operations and client services within the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Aecon Group Inc. since March 2013. In various roles, including Client Services Manager and Service Operations Lead, Stefanie has demonstrated expertise in leading Service Desk operations, managing a team of analysts, and ensuring the fulfillment of service-level agreements and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include incident management, performance evaluations, process documentation, and providing high-level support to executives.
