Lily Qian is currently the Director of Urban Design at Aedas since August 2012. Prior to that, Lily held the position of Senior Urban Designer at Atkins from December 2010 to August 2012, and Project Urban Designer at RTKL from January 2010 to December 2010. Lily started their career as an Architect at Arup from September 2005 to December 2009. Lily holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Urban Design from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, which was completed in 2005.
