The Company operates through two segments. The Pret-a-porter segment is involved in the design, production and distribution of luxury pret-a-porter garments and lingerie, beachwear and loungewear. This segment also handles the distribution of all products both through the retail channel and through the wholesale channel, as well as manages licensing agreements granted to other companies to manufacture Aeffe and Moschino branded product lines. The Footwear and leather goods segment, which is composed of Pollini and its subsidiaries, mainly handles the design, production and distribution of footwear, small leather goods, bags and matching accessorize. The Company offers its products under such brands as Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, Velmar, Blugirl, Cacharel and Jean Paul Gaultier, among others.
