Currently serving as GM & VP of the Solar Division at AEG Power Solutions since September 2009, Kirit is responsible for developing strategies for growth in the global solar PV market. Kirit has held key roles at AEG Power Solutions, including VP for Asia, where Kirit focused on market entry and expansion in high-growth regions such as India, China, and Japan, as well as President for Asia and VP of Corporate M&A. Prior to these roles, Kirit held the position of VP & GM at Saft, where Kirit successfully transformed a captive business into a global merchant enterprise. Kirit's career includes leadership positions at Delta Electronics and AT&T, demonstrating a strong track record in driving profitability and strategic growth. Kirit holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics from Trent Polytechnique.
