Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at AEG Presents since January 2013, overseeing content licensing, concert and festival co-promotion agreements, technology transactions, brand licensing, sponsorship agreements, and data privacy and security, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at Scott & Scott, LLP as an Associate, and co-founding Lion Dog Records, an independent record label. Additional positions include clerkship at Scott & Scott, clinic associate at Southern Methodist University, summer associate at Anderson Jones, contract administrator at AEG Live, and consultant at Internetwerx, Inc. Andrew Martin holds a JD in Intellectual Property from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
