Luke Flynn serves as General Counsel and Director of Commercial Affairs at AEG Live since January 2007, overseeing all legal matters related to the company's business and operations in the UK and Europe for one of the world’s leading live music concert and event promotion companies. Prior to AEG Live, Luke held the position of Director of Business Affairs at Sony Music Entertainment from 1997 to 2005, managing legal and business affairs for the Sony Music Independent Network Europe. Additionally, Luke served as Head of Business Affairs at Mushroom Music from 1993 to 1997, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various agreements for the leading Australian independent music company. Luke holds a combined degree in Law and Commerce from UNSW, completed between 1983 and 1988.
