Carl McCoy has diverse experience in technical and sales roles, currently serving as a Trainer at Aegis Worldwide since July 2023. Prior to this, Carl worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer for TPI Medical / Skytron, responsible for installation and repair of various medical equipment across Indiana and Ohio. Experience also includes a role in Motor Sports Sales at Ehlerding MotorSports Inc., focusing on customer relations and product knowledge. Carl gained technical experience through a Biomedical Technician internship at St. Joe Hospital, where maintenance and repairs on medical equipment were performed. As the Owner and Operator of McCoy's Flowers and Diamonds Inc., Carl managed all aspects of the business for eight years, including inventory, payroll, and sales operations. Carl holds an Associate of Science in Biomedical Technologies from Brown Mackie College-Fort Wayne and a diploma from Van Wert High School.
