Damiaan Jacobovits de Szeged currently serves as the Chief Financial and Transformation Officer and a member of the Management Board at Aegon Asset Management, a role held since July 2023. Prior to this, Damiaan spent nearly two decades at Aegon, holding various key positions including Chief Operating Officer of Aegon International, CFO of Continental Europe, and Executive Vice President. Experience also includes leadership roles at Transamerica, where Damiaan was CEO of Transamerica Life Bermuda - Asia, and ten years at JPMorgan in various capacities. Damiaan holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Groningen and a DESS from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
