Kirstie MacGillivray, Head of Investment Dealing, leads the UK trading team and chairs Aegon AM UK Front Office Governance Committee and is the UK CEO of Aegon AM. Prior to her current role, Kirstie worked for Barrie & Hibbert where she advised companies on risk management of derivatives. Prior to that, she was a partner in BCS Asset Management, a global macro hedge fund. Previously she worked for 7 years in equity derivatives sales, initially for Morgan Stanley, and, latterly, for UBS Investment Bank. She started her career at Abbey National Asset Managers as a member of the investment strategy unit. She has been in the industry since 1995 and started with the firm in 2008. Kirstie studied Commercial Law & taxation at Glasgow University.
