Nicole Grootveld-Sandig

Nicole Grootveld-Sandig currently serves as the Global Chief Technology Officer at Aegon Asset Management, having joined the company in August 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Directeur Investment Management Services (COO) at MN from January 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included serving on the board of directors for the asset management division of the Netherlands' third-largest pension management company, overseeing over EUR 160 billion in assets under management. Nicole's experience also includes the position of COO at Cardano from March 2010 to July 2015 and various roles at ABN AMRO Bank from December 1996 to March 2010, culminating in the role of Executive Director for NL Markets. Beginning a career in investment banking at RBC Dominion Securities from June 1993 to September 1996, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, earned between 1989 and 1993.
