Yannick Ellenbroek

Yannick Ellenbroek, CFA, currently serves as a Fellow at the International Center for Financial Law & Governance (ICFG) since January 2018 and as Managing Counsel and Co-Chair of the Sustainability Board at Aegon Asset Management since February 2017, where Yannick also manages the European regulatory team and has taken on an interim role leading the UK Legal and Regulatory team. In addition, Yannick lectures on financial law at Erasmus School of Law and has been involved with the CFA Society VBA Netherlands as a member of the Education Committee. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Supervision Officer at Autoriteit Financiële Markten, Analyst in M&A at NIBC Bank, and participation as a proxy holder for the Vereniging van Effectenbezitters. Yannick holds multiple degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, including an LL.M. in Commercial Law and an MSc (cum laude) in Financial Economics, and is currently enrolled in the Senior Leadership Executive Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
