Jesse Regnier

Jesse Regnier is an accomplished zoning and environmental consultant with extensive experience in project management and planning. Currently serving as the Zoning National Client Manager and Senior Zoning Project Manager at AEI Consultants since August 2016, Jesse previously worked as a Mid-Level Planner at Matrix Design Group, Inc. and operated as a self-employed Environmental Due Diligence Consultant. Jesse has a strong foundation in environmental assessments, having completed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Zoning Analysis Reports. Notable past roles include a Planning Intern at the City of Apache Junction and a Planning Research Associate at the University of Massachusetts Center for Economic Development, where impactful economic revitalization projects were conducted. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
