Joseph Novotny

Mr. Novotny has over 20 years of professional experience in architecture. His due diligence work has focused primarily on the Agency Lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). As Vice President of Agency Building Assessment, Novotny will lead team who respond to agency lender requests for commercial real estate consulting services. The suite of services includes Property Condition, Seismic, Energy and Construction Risk Management. Novotny has managed and performed thousands of property condition assessments with an emphasis on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac execution. He is well-versed in the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Guide requirements, the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer guide requirements, as well as the ASTM standard.
