Karen Hurd

Karen focuses on National Business Development and is responsible for growing and expanding strategic partnerships in New England and Nationally for AEI Consultants. She does this through facilitating the successful completion and delivery of environmental consulting and due diligence services to institutional, corporate, and private equity investors and financial companies. She has more than 20 years of consultative sales and management experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is a business development growth expert, revenue contributor and successful connector of people. Karen currently serves on the Board of CREW Boston and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network.

Karen is the Immediate Past President of the New England CCIM Chapter, is a current Board Member and member of the Global CCIM Institute. In 2018, Karen was honored as one of 40 “Boston Power Women” in Commercial Real Estate. She is also a member of ICSC, REFA and recently NAIOP.
