Paul Hinkston

Mr. Hinkston has worked in environmental consulting since 1997, serving with AEI since 1999. Mr. Hinkston began his career developing the QA/QC requirements used for the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Boards’ (LARWQCB) Volunteer Water Monitoring Program. Mr. Hinkston’s work history at AEI has included positions as Due Diligence Project Manager, Department Manager, Regional Director, and Executive Vice President. In his current role as COO, Mr. Hinkston is responsible for instituting the proper operational controls, reporting procedures, and personnel systems to ensure operating efficiency while driving client satisfaction on a national basis.
