Hector Manosca Delgado, MIEAust, currently serves as the Field Service Manager at AEM, overseeing field service operations in the semiconductor environment. With extensive experience across various companies, Hector has managed teams and executed projects in service engineering, technical support, and quality assurance. Previous roles include delivering and commissioning systems for Schenck Process, managing battery energy systems at Balance Utility Solutions, and leading field service activities for Panasonic Factory Solutions across the Asia Pacific. Hector holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
