Stuart Pearce is an experienced leader in the semiconductor test and electronics industry, currently serving as Senior Director Head of ATE at AEM since August 2019, overseeing the ATE Business Unit, and previously held the position of Senior Director Field Marketing. Prior to AEM, Pearce was VP of Product Management at Thin Film Electronics, leading teams in developing innovative printed electronics solutions, and also served as Sr Director Product and Program Management focusing on IoT solutions. Pearce's extensive history includes significant roles at FORMFACTOR, Credence, NPTest, and Schlumberger, where responsibilities spanned product management, engineering, and program management across various ATE solutions. Pearce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and advanced studies at Stanford University.
