Elena Zerner-Kaening

Elena Zerner-Kaening currently serves as the Head of IT Infrastructure at Aenova Group since July 2025. Previously, Elena held key positions at PagoNxt Merchant Solutions - Getnet, including Head of Enterprise Infrastructure & Database Engineering and Head of Database Engineering, where leadership and strategic direction were provided to global teams across multiple locations, achieving high employee satisfaction rates. Prior experience includes leading roles at Wirecard as Head of Database Engineering and at The Linde Group as Global Manager Data Integration & eChannel Operations, where collaborations with various business and IT teams were essential. Elena's career commenced at Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer, following earlier roles in software engineering and research. Elena earned a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Saint Petersburg State University.
