Aer Lingus
Conor Nolan serves as the Director of Safety and Security at Aer Lingus, a role held since October 1989, while also fulfilling responsibilities as Safety Manager, A320 Captain, and Corporate Safety & Resilience Manager. In these capacities, Conor has overseen Aer Lingus's Safety Management System, led the integration of Corporate Security with Occupational Health & Safety, and developed an Enterprise Risk Management system to encompass the entire organization. Additionally, Conor has held the position of Flight Safety Officer and Deputy Safety Director at the Flight Safety Foundation and served on the Board of Governors for the Irish Air Line Pilots Association. Conor’s educational background includes the Programme for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School and a CGMP from Cranfield School of Management, with ongoing studies at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
