Mrs van Heerden previously worked at Norton Gold Fields Limited as the Group Financial Controller/Acting Interim CFO and held a managerial role at Worley Parsons and accounting firms Deloitte and PKF(now merged with BDO), where her portfolio had strong resources focus.
