Holden Case is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and collections management. Currently serving as Cold Chain Services Manager and previously as Customer Success Manager II at AeroSafe Global since July 2022, Holden excels in cultivating customer relationships, managing sales processes, and providing consultative advice to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior roles include Collections Manager at ConServe, Rausch Sturm LLP, and Emergency Planning Management, Inc., where Holden demonstrated strong leadership and training capabilities, managing teams to achieve organizational goals. Holden holds an Associate of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Genesee Community College.
