Construction Foreman

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage duct sealing projects in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards in all projects. The Construction Foreman will play a crucial role in coordinating on-site activities, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project completion within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site activities related to commercial duct sealing projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets Aeroseal’s quality standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and optimize project outcomes.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns and providing project updates.
• Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment necessary for project completion. Ensure proper maintenance and inventory control.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, incident reports, and project completion documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the HVAC industry, preferably with a focus on duct sealing or similar projects.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in HVAC systems is preferred.

• Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
