Stephanie Simmons has accumulated extensive experience in the finance and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Fiscal Manager at AJAC | Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships since March 2021, Stephanie has progressed through various fiscal roles, including Fiscal Coordinator, Fiscal Specialist, and Administrative Intern. Previous experience includes a position in Accounts Payable Payroll at BMI Hospitality Management from November 2015 to May 2017 and a tenure as Cage Cashier at Washington Gold Casinos from 2008 to 2015, where roles spanned multiple Silver Dollar Casino locations as well as Royal Casino. Earlier, Stephanie worked as a Slot Attendant at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort from 2006 to 2008.
AJAC | Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships
AJAC launched in 2008 with an investment from Washington State to skill-up the aerospace and advanced manufacturing workforce through registered apprenticeship. AJAC developed and implemented 13 high-growth, in-demand apprenticeship occupations to serve a variety of demographics, industries, and companies across the state. AJAC serves approximately 400 apprentices per year at close to 300 companies, partnering with 12 community colleges to ensure that all apprentices are receiving college credits while working towards a journey-level certificate.
