Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AEROSPHERES (UK) LIMITED since July 2018, Thompson previously held the position of Managing Director at Ansett Aircraft Spares & Services, overseeing full P&L responsibilities from November 2010 to July 2018. Prior roles include General Manager at APPH Basingstoke, where Thompson handled P&L for a manufacturing and MRO business, as well as project management for the implementation of an ERP system at FLS Aerospace. Thompson's career began as an Engineer at British Aerospace, and Paul holds an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Hertfordshire and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
