Arthur Anderson has extensive work experience in various roles. Arthur started their career at G. W. Kent Inc as the Shipping Receiving Manager, where they trained new employees, developed processes, and provided excellent customer service. Arthur then worked at Thomson Reuters as a Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues and creating a reporting system for call escalation processes. Arthur then joined Domino's as a Remote Menu Management employee, where they wrote SQL scripts and maintained the online ordering system. Arthur returned to Thomson Reuters as a Technical Trainer, teaching tax and accounting software and designing training curriculum. After that, they worked at Cognex Corporation as a Technical Instructor, preparing and teaching classes on machine vision and producing on-demand instructional videos. Most recently, Arthur joined Aerospike as a Developer Engagement Specialist, where they create educational content, designs interactive diagrams, and maintains documentation websites.

Arthur Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in a Transfer Program at Washtenaw Community College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
