Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC is a privately held limited liability company, which on July 24, 2012 was selected to entered into a forty-year Public Partnership Agreement with the Puerto Rico Ports Authority to operate, manage, maintain, improve, enhance, develop and rehabilitate the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. SJU is the first commercial airport in the United States to be operated by a private company.
