Jeffrey Smale

Jeffrey Smale has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeffrey started their career in 2007 at Barnes Aerospace, where they completed a Management Development Program and worked as a Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer. Jeffrey then transitioned to a role as a Value Stream Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, holding positions such as Manufacturing Manager, Aerospace Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. In 2018, they joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Senior Manager of Operations. In 2018 and 2020, they worked at Musashi Auto Parts Michigan Inc. as a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, Engineering, and Quality. In 2020, they founded Lift Financial Coaching, Inc. Currently, Jeffrey is working at AeroTEC - Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification Inc. as the General Manager, a role they held from April 2020 to August 2021, and is currently serving as the Head of Operations.

Jeffrey Smale obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, and Defense Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Jeffrey attended the university from 2002 to 2007.

In 2019, Jeffrey obtained a certification as a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach from Ramsey Solutions, A Dave Ramsey Company.

Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance at WSU Carson College of Business. Jeffrey started their MBA program in 2020 and is expected to complete it in 2022.
