Serena Rudnick-Cohen is a Technical Designer at Aerothreads since May 2023 and has been a Designer at RU-CO Design since January 2019, where Serena launched a cat furniture design project that involved ideation, research, illustration, physical modeling, and pursuing a patent. Prior experience includes a Designer role at Newport News Shipbuilding from August 2020 to May 2023 and an Assistant position at Mekong River Textiles from September 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities involved assisting with the operations of a small business focused on importing fair-trade goods. Additionally, an internship at Fiberworks at the Torpedo Factory took place in July 2018. Serena holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, earned between 2015 and 2019.
