Eddie Montanez

Eddie Montanez is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Business Partner for People & Culture at AeroVironment since September 2021. Previously, Eddie held the position of Director of Administration and Human Resources Manager at Tomahawk Robotics until September 2024, and also completed a fellowship in Human Resources Administration with Hiring Our Heroes in mid-2021. Eddie's career includes 26 years of service in the U.S. Army, culminating in November 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Post University.
