Joseph Sender

Joseph Sender is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a solid background in software development and testing. Currently at AeroVironment since October 2020, Joseph maintains and develops production software for various architectures, collaborating closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met. Previous roles include Embedded Software Engineer at Extreme Engineering Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed software maintenance for Built in Test (BIT) and Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI), as well as training incoming engineers. Joseph also held positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Makerspace as Outreach Chair, enhancing student engagement, and as a Student Leader with Wisconsin Emerging Scholars, fostering programming skills among peers. Education includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
