Randall Rothgeb

Randall Rothgeb is an experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Manager at AeroVironment since May 2019, Randall has held multiple managerial roles focusing on airframe systems and power and propulsion. Prior experience includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities as Engineering Manager involved leading composite armor program manufacturing scale-ups, achieving substantial cost savings and production time reductions. At Sikorsky, oversight of ballistic protection programs and introduction of Agile methodologies led to high efficiency and project success rates.
